Our History
Irvine Meadow XI Football Club was founded in 1897 and is one of the oldest and most prestigious junior football clubs in Scotland.
Based at Meadow Park in Irvine, Ayrshire, the club has a proud history spanning over 125 years. The Medda, as they are affectionately known, have been at the heart of the local community for generations.
The club's greatest achievements include winning the Scottish Junior Cup on three occasions (1974, 1980, and 2001), cementing their place among the elite of junior football.
Meadow Park has been the club's home throughout its history and has witnessed countless memorable matches and moments. The ground has a capacity of approximately 2,000 and provides a fantastic atmosphere on matchdays.
Today, the club competes in the West of Scotland Football League Premier Division, continuing the tradition of bringing high-quality football to the people of Irvine and beyond.
